What is left on the infrastructure side for Tiny ERP, Tamás. Auth0, live credentials, mail, the scheduler and the one live data run. Auth0 is shared with other apps, so every Auth0 item touches only the Tiny ERP (Dev-Common) client and API. No code deploys are needed for these; Filippos ships the code through PRs.
